The sports, bros!
If you still didn't try them, do it! Pick some that suits you!
For me, it's a 100% lifefuel now, when:
a) I already can break boards and stones with bare hands!
b) I already can make an MMA throw with opponent who is heavier than me!
c) I already can make around 300 good punches per minute!
d) 100 push-ups for me is already a piece of cake!
e) 20 pull-ups for me is already something normal!
f) I learned more fighting techniques some of which practice around 13 000 times per week!
g) I improved my yoga and step aerobics levels and graduated with good grades recently!
h) Soon graduating in a new martial art!
i) Included biking and running to my regular jogging exercises.
So, as you notice, even the hard moneyless, jobless, mass testing times can't affect my good, positive and strong mood. The sports are keeping you alive!
