Dumplings with Pork and Sauerkraut
I got a pack of sauerkraut as a present. It's imported from Germany. The taste is a little different from Chinese pickles, but it's tasty I think.
First I use some for the dumplings. We like to eat dumplings especially home-made dumplings. Inside I only use sauerkraut, pork and leek, with some sauce for dumplings.
Every time when I make dumplings at home, I want to eat a lot.
