Chives with Flour
It is said that it's very good to eat some chives in March.
This dish is from Henan (河南), China. It's simple but very nice.
Mix flour, chopped chives and one egg, only salt for the taste. The stems of chives marinated with some salt, oil and five-spicy powder.
Roll out the mixture of flour and chives and tear into pieces, then boil in the water, later add the stems and it's ready.
