Wonton Cups with Walnuts and Bacon


Crispy and  tasty.



18 slices of wonton
40g walnuts, chopped
6 red dates, remove the stones and sliced
3 slices of bacon, diced
15g peas
10g feta cheese
olive oil
apple vinegar to taste

Preheat the oven 180 ℃.
Mix the walnuts and red dates with olive oil and vinegar.
Brush the muffin cups with oil, also very slice of wonton, then stack up 3 slices of wonton into a cup, f6 cups at all. Put in every cup walnuts and red dates, and put in the oven to bake for 10 minutes.
At the same time, fry bacon and peas in a small pan.
When the wonton cups are ready, take them out of the oven and cool for 10 minutes.
Then add in every cups some bacon and peas, drizzle some feta cheese also.

Tomato and Egg Soup


I like to cook and drink soup very much. Cantonese soup is my favorite. When I don't have  enough time, I will cook simple and easy like this, but it's also tasty and healthy.



2 eggs
1 tomato, cut into pieces
20g peas
10g Mu-er, soaked
1 bowl of chicken broth
green oniion
cooking vine
oil
salt to taste

whip the eggs in a bowl with a little cooking vine.
Heat the pan with some oil, then saute the peas and Mu-er for half minute. Add the tomato and saute together until it's juicy.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Stir in the eggs and add salt to taste.

Minced Potato Shortcake with Chicken




How to cook:

1 potato, boil and mashed
150g chicken breast, minced
100g bread crumbs
30g flour
1 egg
1/2 white onion, chopped
oil
black pepper and salt to taste

Preheat the oven 180℃.
Heat the pan with oil, saute the onion to be brown then mix in chicken mince and saute them together until the chicken turns white.
Put the chicken and onion into mashed potato, add in some salt, black pepper and mix well.
Make the potato mixture into cakes. First covered with flour then put the cake into the beaten egg, cover with bread crumbs again.
Put all the potato cakes in the bake ware and bake for 30 minutes in the oven.

I don't know the name of the fish exactly. It's a kind of sea fish, they told me 鳕鱼 in Chinese, but I think it's not the same kind of codfish. Anyway, it's very tasty.



Remove the skin of the fish, then mix with some salt and lemon juice and stay for 10 minute.
Heat the pan with a little olive oil, put it the fish and fry until it turns golden brown.
Then put the fish with some black pepper in the oven, 165℃ for 10 minutes.
Serve with some other vegetables.

Very tasty and healthy, and of course it's easy to cook.  :P



50g oats
50g flour
50g chives,chopped
2 eggs
2 slices of bacon, chopped
a piece of ginger chopped
oil
salt to taste

Mix oats, flour and eggs with 50ml water, then add in bacon, chives, ginger and salt, mix well.
Heat the pan with some oil, fry the mixture until it's golden brown both side.

Pakchoi and Meatball Soup


I like soup, all kinds of Cantonese soup and some other kinds of soup. This is a simple kind but very nice.



150g pakchoi,
150g mince
10g carrot, shreds
soy sauce
oil
coriander, salt to taste

Mix the mince with some salt, soy sauce and make meatballs.
Put the meatballs in boiling water for 10 seconds and remove them.
Add 3 bowls of water in the stockpot, add in meatballs and cook for 10 minutes with low heat.
Then put in all the pakchoi and carrot and cook for 3 minutes, add salt and coriander to taste.

It's a very tasty way to cook eggplants.
Brush olive oil on the eggplants and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, 200℃.
Fry mince with some garlic and chopped pepper.
Put the mince in the eggplants and bake for another 5 minutes.
Ready and serve.

Baked Chicken Legs with Salt


Two chicken legs salted for one hour with some green onions, ginger, rice wine, red wine, pepper,salt baking powder.
Saute 600g salt with two star anises till the salt turns light brown.
Wrap the chicken legs with two baking sheets.
On a piece of foil, put half the salt then the wrapped chicken legs. Then put the rest salt on it.
Preheat the oven 200℃, baked the chicken legs for 40 minutes.

Boil eggs and cut halves, remove the yolk. Put meatballs in the eggs, then steam for 10 minutes.
Make sauce: some mushrooms, carrots and green onions with soy sauce, salt and oil.
