Millet Rice with Walnuts and Dried Cranberries


In the menu of the Indian Restaurant here I saw a kind of rice with dried fruits, I did not order to try, but I think I will like it. I ate the kind with lamb.
I try a simple way to make it by myself at home. It's also very tasty.



First cook millet rice in the rice cooker. Then mix the millet rice with walnuts, cranberries, some coriander, curry powder, salt and saute for a while in a pan. Add some lemon juice and serve.

I like to eat this kind of mushrooms very much. To cook in this way is very simple but very tasty.



Cut the abalone mushrooms into pieces.
Melt the butter in the pan, then fry the mushroom until golden brown.
Add some salt and black pepper to taste.

Baked Cabbage


My husband likes to eat cabbage cooked in this way. I also think it's very tasty.
It's simple to cook it, too.
Shreded cabbage, make tomato juice after cut come pieces.
Fried the cabbage with oil, salt, minced garlic, paprika, and a kind of seasoning from Bulgaria.
Put all these in a cooking ware, add bay leaves and tomato juice and mix well. Put the tomato pieces on the cabbage and bake in the oven for 35 minutes, 200℃.

I like to eat purple potatoes and also like the color. I feel it very amazing.
For this smoothie, I steam the purple potato, then make it in the blender with milk and a little sugar. And add some peanuts on the tops.
Very nice to drink it :P

I made these noodles at home by myself. Add some salt in the flour and mix well with some water. Put away and stay for half an hour then make it into thin piece and cut into noodles.
I fried the noodles with some eggs, onions and leak.

I like to eat rice. To fry rice with many things is very tasty, and of course add some cheese on it and bake in the oven some minutes, it will be much more delicious.8)

This time I choose kimchi, some pork, onions and some green onions. Fry rice with these things in the pan and then put in baking ware, add some cheese on it and bake for 10-15 minutes .

We like to eat rice like this very much.

I like this soup very much. I think it's something like Thai style.
Chicken legs boned.  First bring the coconut milk and broth to a boil. Then add chicken, ginger and some lime skin pieces and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the ginger and lime skin, stir in the chiles and reheat to simmering.Ladle the soup into individual bowls and sprinkle with scallions and cilantro.

I like to eat rice very much. To fry rice with many things together is very tasty. Soon it will be the season of pineapple, there are already more and more pineapples and it's getting cheaper. This time I fry rice first and then add some cheese to bake for some time in the oven. So delicious :P

In the rice you can choose the things you like. I use some sausages, cucumbers, carrots, peanuts.

Curry Fish Ball


I like curry cooked in the food but not too much at once. Here I use some curry to cook fish balls, some times already, tasty food. It's a sack from Hongkong but I can't say I know to cook it in a true way.

Very simple, fry some garlic and onions first and then add fish balls and chicken broth and curry, boil until the soup is thick.
