Braised Ribs with Lotus Root and Lotus Seeds
This is the dish I made today.
I got a new pot. It's expensive. It's French style. In fact I don't know what's the difference.
I braised ribs with lotus root and lotus seeds together. First cook the ribs for around 3 minutes then add lotus root and lotus seeds. For the taste, I add tomato sauce, leek, garlic, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, some hawkthorn pieces , salt and oil. Add water and braised for around 40 minutes.
It has a very good taste. Even in hot summer, you can feel very well to eat so much meat.
