nutrition eaten is a very minor ingredient
No matter is it 10% or 15%, it's just one of the important ingredients and we should think about it. The others like sports, hygiene, etc. are the same -- not 100%, but when you sum up all these minor ingredients you're getting the major picture.

It's a good question, but i'm not sure which one is the most effective. My major is "philosophy" and I'm not very good at oncology (the branch of medicine that deals with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer.)
