The phrase ‘wonder weight loss pill' evokes visions of a sweeping, fast weight loss. You feel as if your extra flesh will be slashed and trimmed in a matter of days and you will be transformed into a zero sized model walking down the ramp. This kind of weight loss, assuming it can happen, can be very harmful for your health.

 You surely lose your weight like this when, for example, you happen to take some medicine that kills your hunger completely. You stop eating food altogether and become like a person on a drip.  This kind of rash approach may seriously damage your metabolism and put your health and wellbeing in danger.

 I don't use them, because I heard that some pills are not healthy and even can cause cancer. I don't know how really dangerous or not dangerous are they, but I prefer to avoid it, because I don't like to take this kind of risk.
 There are other ways to lose weight like: sport, healthy diets.

 A simple article from 2011. It's good that I kept it and now I saw it in the computer, so I'll paste it here. I hope it'll be useful for your healthy weight loss!

  Do you want to get slimmer? Are you sure that you are really that fat (overweight or obese)? If you think that you are and if you would like to lose weight you can do it in a healthy way. This healthy way is simple and its compounds are just two. The first one is named "sport" and the second one is named "food". Yes, you read it right: F, O, O, D, i.e. FOOD. But what kind of food? (That is the question!) By the way it is a reasonable and relative question about the sport as well ("What kind of sport?"). And now you will see and probably you will be slim in the future. Let's start now!

 What food should I eat in order to lose weight?

a) Pineapples (Ananas comosus)
 It is not just good for your diet, but it is also very healthy. The raw pineapple is a great source of Manganese, vitamin C, Calcium, Phosphorus, Pottasium and others.
Pineapple is also rich in water and fiber. They are two ingredients that are most important for losing weight.

b) Grapefruits (Citrus paradisi)

 Grapefruits are one of the best sources of many nutrients and phytochemicals that contribute to a healthy diet. The raw grapefruit is a very good source of vitamin C, Calcium, Zinc and others.

d) Green tea

It is more potent antioxidant than black tea. Green tea is perfect for diets and one of the best weight loss drinks ever.
