One Kind of Cantonese Rice
It's one kind of Cantonese rice called 煲仔饭. I like to eat them very much.
When the rice cook to be almost ready, put some Cantonese sausage and cured meat on the rice, with some greens better. When the rice is done, put some soy sauce with oyster sauce on it, then mix and eat. The bottom of the rice is very crispy.
