 Ще започна с една проста дефиниция (определение) на "трейдър", за да е ясно какво е прилагателното "трейдърски", което използвам в заглавието на тази тема (т. е. "Трейдърски блог"). Тази дума произлиза от английското съществително "trader" (което се произнася на английски [ˈtreɪdər] или [ˈtreɪdə], в зависимост от диалекта/разновидността на английския) и означава буквално "търговец". Според една дефиниция това е лице, което купува и продава стоки, валута или акции.
 Понеже аз, с помощта на китайски партньор, започнах да купувам валута и акции, минах в категорията "трейдър" и така се започна с трейдърското ми блогване тук.
 Очаквайте детайли, когато имам повече време.

 Аз съм бил сравнително-малък тогава, а и последните две години на социализма ги прекарах извън България (в Либия, която по онова време също беше вид социалистическа държава). Обаче имам добра памет, та помня много неща.
 Ще прокоментирам този пост:

 1. По онова време не знам колко точно са стрували ток и вода, но определено не съм чувал някой да не може да си ги плати. Та, явно са били на поносими цени.
 2. Бензинът наистина беше под левче, защото по едно време имаше повишение. На една бензиностанция, когато вуйчо ми спря да налее бензин питахме колко струва след повишението и една жена, която работеше там каза "Левче-кефче". Запомнящо се. Та явно в един момент е бил повишен до 1 лев.
3. Да, уличните телефони бяха по 2 стотинки, но по-късно ги повишиха на 5 стотинки.
4. Банички, милинки, еклери, принцеси... - такива неща закусвахме. При нас бяха по около 20 стотинки. Най-честата монета, която виждах в ръцете на съучениците си беше тази - 20 стотинковата. Защото с 20 стотинки можеше да се купи въпросната закуска. Малко по-късно имаше и пици - по 50 стотинки бяха.
4. Градският транспорт беше по 5 стотинки (тролеи, автобуси).
5. Сметките по ресторантите наистина се движеха в някакъв порядък между 2 лева и нещо до 5 лева и нещо. Е, ако е голяма компания и над 10 лева може да е сметката, но още си спомням разни сметки оставени по масите от клиенти, които не са си ги прибрали или хвърлили в коша - примерно 2,34, 3,56, 4,20 - такива сумички за неща като примерно "Две кебапчета, шопска салата и 1 мастика" или "Една пържола, пържени картофи, 2 менти"... горе-долу такива цени.
6. Да, почти всички ходеха на почивки. Някои и по повече от веднъж.
7. Здравеопазване и образование - безплатни бяха, да.
 Засега толкова с коментарите. По-натам, ако се сетя, може да се завърна да допълня тази тема.

 Понякога съм го виждал като "ForEx" или само като "FX" [ˈfɔrˌeks] или просто като "forex" [ˈfɔrɛks]. Така или иначе, идва от "foreign exchange" (буквално "чуждестранна обмяна").

"Multi-omic rejuvenation of human cells by maturation phase transient reprogramming

Abstract
Ageing is the gradual decline in organismal fitness that occurs over time leading to tissue dysfunction and disease. At the cellular level, ageing is associated with reduced function, altered gene expression and a perturbed epigenome. Somatic cell reprogramming, the process of converting somatic cells to induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), can reverse these age-associated changes. However, during iPSC reprogramming, somatic cell identity is lost, and can be difficult to reacquire as re-differentiated iPSCs often resemble foetal rather than mature adult cells. Recent work has demonstrated that the epigenome is already rejuvenated by the maturation phase of reprogramming, which suggests full iPSC reprogramming is not required to reverse ageing of somatic cells. Here we have developed the first 'maturation phase transient reprogramming' (MPTR) method, where reprogramming factors are expressed until this rejuvenation point followed by withdrawal of their induction. Using dermal fibroblasts from middle age donors, we found that cells temporarily lose and then reacquire their fibroblast identity during MPTR, possibly as a result of epigenetic memory at enhancers and/or persistent expression of some fibroblast genes. Excitingly, our method substantially rejuvenated multiple cellular attributes including the transcriptome, which was rejuvenated by around 30 years as measured by a novel transcriptome clock. The epigenome, including H3K9me3 histone methylation levels and the DNA methylation ageing clock, was rejuvenated to a similar extent. The magnitude of rejuvenation instigated by MTPR appears substantially greater than that achieved in previous transient reprogramming protocols. In addition, MPTR fibroblasts produced youthful levels of collagen proteins, and showed partial functional rejuvenation of their migration speed. Finally, our work suggests that more extensive reprogramming does not necessarily result in greater rejuvenation but instead that optimal time windows exist for rejuvenating the transcriptome and the epigenome. Overall, we demonstrate that it is possible to separate rejuvenation from complete pluripotency reprogramming, which should facilitate the discovery of novel anti-ageing genes and therapies."

 Part 4

 She: 她没有做好，我会批评他.  (If she doesn't do well, I'll criticize him.)

 Me: 我说了我没有凶孩子。如果有证明的话，给我看。这样的，我会一个月不来教课。你们试试找个随便的老师。他会让他们随便打，抢，尖叫，等。后来，如果觉得还要我，找我。(I said I didn't act violently to the child. If there's proof, show me. Well, I can stop teaching for a month. Try to find a teacher who doesn't care. He can let them casually to fight, rob, scream, etc. Later, if you think you want me, let me know; you can search me/find me.)  At that time I was thinking how pity are the kids there with this kind of kindergarten principal  who only think about her profit and doesn't care how the kids and the teachers suffer over there! Luckily, a colleague who left that kindergarten already told me that after we left many parents decided to stop sending their kids there too. So, now, I believe, most of the kids are out of trouble.

 She: 不要用不教课来威胁我，尊重是相互的 (Don't threaten me by not teaching. Respect is mutual)

 Threat?! She thinks I am not serious about it. Well, at that moment I decided to show her that I do not threaten her, I really mean it: I can't allow in my classes one kid to beat others, to push them, to rob them, to shout and so on! And I can't show respect to a person like her, who is not taking seriously the safety of the kids and allows a bully to do anything!

 She: 好吧…我相信你没有凶孩子，但是我不希望以后再对孩子大声说话，即使你不是恶意的，但是也会造成不必要的麻烦。(OK... I believe you didn't act violently, but I hope later not to talk loudly to children in the future. Even if you don't mean any harm, it will cause unnecessary trouble.)

 So, in a word, she forbids me to use even a loader voice as a way to stop the bullies and to maintain classroom discipline! That means that I'll have no any way to stop the bullies if they do something dangerous. And the level of the learning will decrease again (no good discipline = no good learning). So, I don't want to continue there as a fake teacher. The true teacher is the one who provides knowledge and security in his classroom, during his/her classes. If there is no good learning and no good safety that is what causes unnecessary trouble!!!

 Cool. Maybe it's just a prejudice, but as far as I know, the Korean students, mostly, are learning hard and have got high IQ.
