Hi All
I am Junior Bill and this is my website http://www.hirephp.com I am facing the Page Rank decrease Problem.
in alexa.com my website back Links in Sep Month 480, Oct month 601 and Currently my website site linking 718 , but still my website page rank was going down, I can’t understand why this happen.
Anyone Know about this thing Please help me.

Because the sites linking to your websites are also getting Page Rank decrease and/or they do not keep their links to you and/or they don't exist anymore. For example:
BEFORE:
Your site -------------- Site A (links to you)
Your site -------------- Site B (links to you)
Your site -------------- Site C (links to you)
NOW:
Your site -------------- Site A (linked to you, but it's already "dead|/not existing anymore)
Your site -------------- Site B (links to you, but it got a Page Rank decrease)
Your site -------------- Site C (linked to you, but not anymore, because by some reason they deleted your link/-s)
This is a simple scheme. There may be some other reasons for your Page Rank decrease. Sometimes it's just Page Rank dance and you don't need to worry about it. If not - don't worry:
1/ If your website still have fresh and original, legal and good content, it will get a good link building.
2/ You can make good link building by yourself or to ask some good white SEOers like us to help you about it. But NEVER SPAM. The good link building must be natural and responsible.

I believe that is what PageRank is all about. The QUALITY LINK (i think).
