Title: Can a niche directory make good money?

I have an idea about a directory sort of like a yellow pages that I want to build but I want to know if it's worth the effort. Can you make good money with premium listings and advertising. When I say good money I mean over $100,000 a year. Or should I put my efforts somewhere else.
