Not every time if you search for "some X information" the official website will be exactly "some X information.com". Not every time it's possible to buy the same domain as your company/brand/name. Also, it's not that necessary. The point about it here is that, at this moment, I am not sure if the summly.com it the official website of summply, but I am going to see and to introduce what is this (summply.com) about. Let's explore now:
In http://www.summly.com/en/introduction.html I read that it's "A simpler way to browse & search the web" and that it's "Available for iPhone".
More: "Summly’s patent pending technology has been evaluated by MIT Researchers and proven state-of-the-art. We utilise ontological detection and machine learning techniques in our summarisation processes.
Our core technology is language independent and produces great results out of the box for any language. In addition, specific optimisations have been made for English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, German, Swedish, Mandarin, Russian, Japanese and Finnish.
Pretty cool, eh?" http://www.summly.com/en/technology.html

I will. I found an article about Nick D'Aloisio (including Summly in there). Let me show you:
Nick D'Aloisio is a British-Australian computer programmer and also recently an entrepreneur. He is perhaps most famous for developing the Trimit and Summly applications.
Early Life
He is a 16 year old programmer from London, England. His father is an investment banker and his mother is a lawyer. He grew up in Perth, Australia.
Summly
He is the developer of the popular app Summly. He has also raised venture funding of $250,000 from the Hong Kong based billionaire Li Ka-shing.
Claim to Fame
At the age of 16, he is perhaps one of the youngest people in the world to raise venture capital. This fact has been noted in the popular press.
Accolades
He has been roundly praised by several major publications such as Wired, Forbes and TechCrunch.
