Title: How To login in FTP?

Okay, I have a basic knowledge in HTML. I want to access my blog tru my server directory, but I just notice that there is a user and pass..

the question is how do i know my user name and pass?

 How about to ask your hosting/server provider? Btw, it's not Seo, but SEO (I mean your signature). Seo is a Korean name. SEO is Search Engine Optimization.
