QR Code is becoming more and more popular. I have used QR Code barcode generator to create QR Code barcode in Java (http://www.onbarcode.com/products/java_barcode/barcodes/qrcode.html) and to create QR Code barcode in C# (http://www.onbarcode.com/csharp/qr-code-generator.html). It helped me lot in my business.
