Where to start? TOR will be very story driven, and while there are two main factions, players are free to sort of drift around between them to achieve their own ends. Actions have moral consequences that can open up, or close off, story paths. And Character Classes aren't nearly as strict and rigid as they are in WOW, which pidgeon holes you into one roll regardless of the situation. WOW also focuses way, way too much on high level content.
