Were to find Chuck Norris
I think that the right form of this sentence is Where to find Chuck Norris. Despite of it, plenty of people are typing "were" instead of "where" - it's an orthography problem. In English where and were are two different words.
The question "Where to find Chuck Norris" is about the Chuck Norris location.
There are a lot of Chuck Norris jokes and one of these jokes is:
"Google won't search for Chuck Norris because it knows you don't find Chuck Norris, he finds you.
Your search - Chuck Norris - did not match any documents.
Suggestions:
- Run, before he finds you.
- Try a different person.
- Try someone less dangerous.
