I am thinking about this problem. And my opinion is that it's a local KFC branch fatal mistake. That's why I think the local (the Australian one) KFC branch which did it, have to pay for this terrible result.

 I eat and I like it. By the way this problem can occur not only in the KFC. I saw a plenty of dirty restaurants in China and abroad, so, the food security isn't only a KFC problem. I even think that it is a clean place (I can judge about it, according to my expirience. I don't know exactly, but probably I visited more than 20 different KFCs in my life.)

 Their (KFC's) menu is so rich. I think if you make a good choice and don't eat too much, it is OK.
