Tomatoes eaten raw or cooked?

Which is better, to eat raw tomatoes or cooked?
Tomatoes are rich in vitamin C, enhance immunity, prevent cancer, heart disease, make fair-skinned, but the Vitamin C has heat intolerance, heat will break it down; Lycopene in tomatoes is fat-soluble nutrients and it's stripping in cooking. It was found the strongest antioxidants right now, it can prevent cancer, anti-cardiovascular diseases, improve immunity, anti-aging. Therefore, it's better to eat raw or cooked tomatoes both.

Tomatoes can be consumed either ways. But you could obtain the exact nutrition from raw tomatoes as most of the nutrition would lower from heating.
