On page SEO is process of modifying and optimising content of your website with main aim - better positioning in Search Engine ranking results. On site SEO includes the text, images and links on your website. Any change made on your site's domain is considered as on page optimisation.

i agree with you!  as i know there are many factor which affect the one page seo such as the history of domain ,and so on ! :)

On page is a most important thinks of seo. without on page you can not achieve batter search. so there some rules and regulation must be follow. we always follow Google guideline. Some important work are as follows:- 
* create unique and structured content.
* removing canonical issues of url.
* Keyword analysis.
* crate meta tags.
