Post by: 英语课 on August 03, 2012, 10:02:49 AM

Tiramisù

Tiramisù is  an Italian dessert consisting of layers of sponge cake soaked with coffee and brandy or liqueur layered with mascarpone cheese and topped with grated chocolate. Tiramisu in Italy, "Tira" means "carry", and "Mi" is "I", "Su" is "up", together means "lift me up"; after polishing it means "take me away", take away not only the delicious food, but love and happiness.
