Google web master tools,siteexplorer,smallseotools are the best to check the back links of web site.

Openlinkprofiler is best tool for identifying the the value of a backlink. In openlinkprofiler one option is there link influence score, in some percentage will be there, if percentage is good then the backlink is good...
