I get these kind of itchy bumps through my whole body often. It looks like a rash or allergy. My doctor said that you get them because you are allergic to water and asked me to use hot water every time. I know its kind of weird. Then I found it got worsened once I'm depressed. Then I finalized that they are those stress bumps or whatever. And searched a lot about it. Yes its called stress itchiness. All you have to do is ignore the annoyed things that happen to you and take a break whenever you are depressed.
