I don't eat bread often, just eat it with milk for breakfast sometimes. I think I will get fat if I eat bread often. I prefer salty bread to sweet bread.

I love bread and being a notorious bread baker, I love crusty French bread and pan de agua. But nothing really beats a hearty whole grain bread with a wonderfully thick and crackly crust with some seeds studded on the top. That would be my favourite, but I do enjoy a lovely chewy Italian bread hot out of the oven, a Kalamata olive bread, jalapeno cheese bread, fresh bagels, the list is endless. Making a choice is quite difficult because it do enjoy all kinds of bread….
