SEO is a ongoing process so if you want to rank your keywords top in the search engine it is better to appoint seo persons experts in ranking the website in a organic way because some of the seo company will follow black hat seo technique and rank your keywords top in the search engine those rankings are not stable

Well, you got it, but the problem is that the SEO individuals (SEO freelancers, SEOers, etc.) are not all white hat oriented. I saw online so many of them, who are using gray hat and black hat. You can't trust easily, before you see some impressive portfolio.
I use only green hat and white hat. No tremendous results, but good enough and pretty decent.
