SEO divided into two parts :

- ON page SEO
- Off Page SEO


- ON page SEO : On page optimization is one of the very first step of SEO which every webmaster should look into. Well on page SEO and off page SEO both are good but i do off page SEO more.Like Article Submission, Forum participation,social bookmarking.

Hi, I Prefer On Page because if you learn On Page 70% of SEO Will cover....In Off Page only Link building strategies will be there...

I use more off page techniques through which their is a huge traffic source and helps to rank in search engine.

In SEO both on page and offpage technique is important.....
on-page optimization refers to factors that have an effect on your Web site or Web page listing in natural search results in popular search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing etc.. and offpage Off page SEO refers to techniques that can be used to improve the position of a web site in the search engine results page (SERPs). Many people associate off-page SEO with link building.

It's quite obvious in an environment where some of the link building methods that used to be effective with respect to ranking and traffic pretty much become ineffective at a large extent due to updates intended to crack down on them due to abuses. So that doesn't mean they should not be part of our portfolio when it comes down to building link. Diversification is of great importance, so as you're building your links it's advisable that you incorporate as many link building methods as you can.

SEO is link building purpose. You should participate all those site from where you will get quality backlinks like forum, blog, image sharing, bookmarking, business profile creation,PPT etc..

Quality sites(get quality back-links) + Quality content + more and more sites = Good results in SEO

Try to update on social media sites also

There are two types of SEO techniques:
1.White hat SEO technique:- It follows rules and regulations of google search engine.
2.Black hat SEO technique:- It does not follow rules and regulations of google search engine.
