 If we mean a pure website (without domain and hosting) then it depends of what kind of website it is. For example I can build a simple HTML website very cheap -- for example $4.99.  :) Or if someone need a forum like this I can install it just for $0.99. :)

I will share my experience of creating a website.I decided to create a website for my business hence focused only on paid hosting and when I searched for a quality web service I found that everyone recommended me 9cubehosting.com (http://www.9cubehosting.com) and hence I chose them.I have no regrets because they were reliable and helped me to open and manage my website in an effective manner.I availed the domain name and hosting as a combined package from them and also availed the beneficial freebies that also included a website builder(Site Studio) which helped to create a professional website in a short span of time.It was very economical for me and the total cost was around $38 US dollars/annually.
