 I think that it is my first time to eat Vietnamese noodles in China. It's phở bò. As I learned There are two major types of pho: phở bò (beef) and phở gà (chicken).

I like pho bo and I like pho ga, too.  8)

 In Chinese ("越南牛肉粉") means "Vietnamese beef noodles". And right now I saw that there is a French inscription too "nouilles de riz recette pho au boeuf".
