 I think that the 'fair' is the keyword here, because it's an important value. So, I have to say that I will choose the dictator (dictatorship) in this case, if he/she is really good and fair. :)

 OK, let me answer about it, too... and... Why not? It's okay people to talk about everything. :)
1. Throw some cold water on my face and toileting.
2. Do 1-2 minute sport to wake up the body.
3. Eat some breakfast.
4. Get dressed (accordingly to weather).
5. Departure check : money, key, etc.

 Yes, a little. :) A little, because I live mostly in sub-tropical and tropical places recently. Sometimes the winters are cold, but no snow. Snowless. :)
