Post by: MSL on May 30, 2015, 02:00:33 AM

Enjoy your meal

I hope so. I hope you can do it (to enjoy your meal) :). And I want to write more about this sentence ('Enjoy your meal!')
When I think what meal I can enjoy I imagine sushi, french fries, banitsa, etc. There are so many meals around the world and we can enjoy many of them.

Enjoy your meal is an expression. It's used by food servers (waiters, etc.) after the food has been served. (Unlike 'bon appétit' /and similar phrases in other languages/, 'enjoy your meal' can only be said by someone who is not participating in the meal, e.g. a waiter in a restaurant.)http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/enjoy_your_meal.)
 Do you know

how to say 'Enjoy your meal!' in 25 languages
