  Hi! Thanks for the interesting question!
  To tell you the truth, we are more Science-Education-Omnilogy than SEO (SE optimization) forum. From the core members here only one is (or was :P) a SEO (SE optimization) expert, but now he is busy and I don't think he is going to give some service.
 The rest of us are science, cooking, internet, etc. fans and we don't understand the search engine optimization; we can't be useful for you.
 The only chance here is, if someone of the not active, not very regular, non-core members would like to help you, but I don't know how many of them are really experts or just amateurs.
 I hope you'll appreciate my honest opinion over here! :)

  I'd like to add something: nowadays, as far as I know, many real SEO professionals work on their own projects and they don't need to SEO for somebody else. But, I'd like to wish you good luck with your searching for SEO professionals here and on-line at all! :)

You can also be an SEO Analyst,but you should have an patience in learning SEO techniques.

 dont hire SEO company, hire a personal SEO or freelancer for better result, search google for withing your city,
