佛手瓜 (in Chinese) and Chayote (in English)
It's a photo of a chayote: (http://www.seo-forum-seo-luntan.com/pics/Chayote.jpg).
I saw it and I learned about it for the first time in China. In Chinese it's called '佛手瓜', which means Buddha's hand gua (i.e. 'melon'/'gourd'/'cucumber'http://www.zdic.net/z/1e/js/74DC.htm).
Now I see, that it is originally native to Mesoamericahttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chayote.
