 I think it's a mascot but not sure. At least, looks like one. Let's assume it's a cat with guitar mascot.  :) You know, I had a guitar long time ago. That guitar's been sitting gathering dust for years. I just prefer to play piano and accordion.  It's a new cafe. Interesting (besides the shape) is that it has 2 floors and 4 entrances! 8) :) Good interior too. 8)
