Cheese Wafers

Ingredients

2 c flour, sifted
1 lb cheddar cheese, sharp, grated
1 1/2 tsp red pepper
1 tsp hot sauce
1 stick margarine
1/2 tsp salt
1 c pecans, chopped

Directions

Mix all together, shape, chill, slice, bake at 400 F for about 10 minutes.

 I ate once something similar (it was with 100% cheese flavor) and I like it.
