I'll explain about jinritoutiao

It's an Internet related and a Chinese (language) related question. What is jinritoutiao? It's the Latin transliteration of the Chinese "今日头条" (in Old or Traditional Chinese: "今日頭條"). It's from the website TouTiao.com (toutiao.com). I think that toutiao.com is a very successful Chinese website. It's not an ad. We're not affiliated with that site. I only post it as a fact and you can check it: http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/toutiao.com and https://www.similarweb.com/website/toutiao.com. I can say just 'Wow!!!'.
