That's really easy and I think it's a good salad. Which kind of the chicken meat is the best for it (chicken legs or chicken breast maybe?) ?

Oh, it's already a popular thread. 8) Okay, my comment: it's a very cute recipe. By 'cute' I mean: mini, really easy, yummy and healthy. Thanks for the sharing, Mojo!

Yes, it is a popular thread. In so short time, so many visitors.  ::)

We bought a few Russian style pickles there days. Today I bough some fresh chicken eggs and fresh duck eggs. We have some ham in the freezer, but I prefer chicken. So, soon I have to buy some chicken breast and a bit celery. 8) Very cool recipe. I do like it. :P

I think traditionally the Italian community is very well represented in the US, so maybe that's why the Italian cuisine is enough popular there like the Korean cuisine in China maybe?

And I think that you didn't post in the right thread. ;D Maybe you meant the one with the many Italian words: Veal Marsala with Egg Fettuccine (http://www.seo-forum-seo-luntan.com/food/veal-marsala-with-egg-fettuccini/).

It depends on your taste buds. What they like should be the guiding principal, along with your wallet. This is a very flexible recipe. Works with several different types of meat.

Good. I'll choose chicken breast then. :) It's inexpensive here.

Funny thing is I don't really post for 'views'. I post more for database. In the case of recipes, you built it they will come. You give them enough choices and they start finding things they'd like to try.

I'm a big fan here of trying something new. Something I've never had before. It's amazing the different taste combos that various cultures have come up with.

 Thanks! :)
Well, database is great to be bigger. But database + more views is even better. :D "Killing two birds with one stone." (https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/kill_two_birds_with_one_stone) :)

From the 'business' point of view ('business' in quotes, because in this project the money are so symbolic, that some guys thing it's ridiculous and they can't understand why we still didn't give up ;D) the views are very important part for the success of a website. Visitors + views is the key. (I'll explain it simple for those, who haven't Mojo's online experience, because I'm sure he knows it: It's better to get 1000 visitors, who make on average 5000 pageviews, than 10 visitors, who make 20 pageviews. :) Simple and clear.) So it's very good when a post is more significant and collects more views (from old visitors, new visitors and some bots). 8)

The second keyword: 'database'. It's a very good word and this is what the SEOers call simply 'content'. This is the stem, the core of a site. No database -- no site (well, there are some exceptions, but it's not the point). So I also appreciate very much this contribution! (The only problem here is an objective problem: one may have a website with tons of useful information, but if this information didn't rank well in the search engines (SE), then it's not very useful. Imagine a library where the readers are lazy (as most of the online users) and they tend to take books only from the first raw's book shelves. If your books are in the 2nd or 3rd raw, your chances to get readers are ~0. . The same situation with the websites: if your result is situated in page 7 or even page 3, you better forget to hope you'll get some visitors. You're just 'out there', but they have no idea and they're not going to try to find you, because they already found somebody else). A summary: big database is good, big and optimized database is best. 8)

And, at the end, about trying something new (food). I may think of something that I may suppose Mojo and his family never tried. I think about something easy to cook... And I'm ready: I bet about zhaliang: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zhaliang ((https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/6/68/Zhaliang.jpg/800px-Zhaliang.jpg)By kentwang of Flickr - http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=138937563&size=l, CC BY-SA 2.0, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=2242947)

Zhaliang (炸兩) is a kind of food in Cantonese cuisine of China. It is made by tightly wrapping rice noodle roll around youtiao (fried dough). It is most popular in the Guangdong province of southern China, as well as in Hong Kong.
For breakfast, it is usually eaten with soy milk or congee.
For dim sum, it is often sprinkled with sesame and layered with soy sauce. Other ingredients include hoisin sauce or sesame paste to the likes of tahini.

Very good explanations so far!

I can add one, which is shocking not only for the foreigners, but also for a lot of Chinese abroad and Chinese in China. The dish named 'Phoenix, Dragon and Tiger' (or something like this, I'm not sure about the order of the words). Now take a deep breath and see it: phoenix = chicken, dragon = snake, tiger = cat.  :D ;D :D ;D :D ;D :D ;D A simpler version: only cat and snake (龙虎斗): http://baike.baidu.com/link?url=AqPzspQR-1VGl83ghCfZ0d_9zscu2xPFygjvMsrnK8wVhYfRfW5VSmZvqnC5wmhWtN4D7xshZO0jZ-VvmYj7tGmK9dc9Cy8tGYFYZtP6Sri

These dishes are pretty local ones and I never ate them, nor people around me and people I know (as far as I know). So, it's much more exotic than common. Once I watched a film about baked rats restaurant in the USA. And I was sure it's something very local. I'm not sure in which state it was. All I found now is about some 'rat stew': "Rat stew is consumed in American cuisine in the state of West Virginia..." (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rat#As_food). :)
