 Tell us which is your favourite drink?
Coca Cola, beer, whiskey, red wine, 7up...or maybe lemon juice, vodka, mineral water?...  :)

  I like wines. Especially the red wine. And about non-alcoholic drinks - I like green and kuding tea.

I don't like drinks so much like cola, coffee or juice. But I like milk very much and it's good for health, I also like yogurt.

I enjoy my red wine, green tea but also drink 2 litres of tap water per day. The wine is for enjoyment. Green Tea I like the taste. Water for health.

  A friend told me that it may increase your eye pressure and it is leading to blindness (glaucoma). Be careful. So many liquids per day  :o I really want to know how high is your eye pressure. If you don't know the answer, I strongly advice you to check it in the nearest clinic. A relative of mine is working in the ophthalmology of her hometown and I know about the eye pressure checking (ocular tonometry). It's not painful and there are some different way to be done. Also I heard that the wine decreasing this eye pressure, but...2 liters of tap water plus green tea? Better visit the clinic and take good care. :D

 Very useful advice! I will keep in mind too, because I like to drink (sometimes) too much liquids like mineral water, tea, juice, carbonated drinks...gosh...

Very good advice.

I have my eyes checked every 6 months as my mother has glaucoma and it is good advice to be checked.

If I don't drink a lot of fluids per day I feel quite dehydrated and was quite concerned myself about it so had a chat with my doctor and this is what they thought was best for me.

I guess everyone is different.

I like Coca-Cola because that acidic flavor gives just a slight "bite" to the back of the throat, which just brightens up my day.

Mine would be Pepsi and lemon juice.
