It's good to know that the Bulgarian proxy and all of the rest proxies are not illegal in our country. :) I saw some of my QQ friends online and their QQs are showing American IP. But in fact, they're not in America, but in China. That's why I think that MSL is right and I read that baike.baidu link carefully. If you use a Proxy server for privacy it's all right. Before, when I was in a campus I saw a proxy option on my local PC, but I had no idea how to use it and why it's there. Now I know better about these Proxy servers and about the Bulgarian online proxy websites. Thanks a lot!
By the way, in Chinese Proxy server is 代理服务器 and Bulgarian proxy is 保加利亚代理。代理 is Chinese for proxy. 保加利亚 is Bulgaria or, in this case, Bulgarian. :)
