you can post your blog on high da sites such as facebook, reddit, etc
if you are getting links from low DA websites then your blog wouldnt get good backlinking so links from high DA websites is preferable

Getting linked to from a page that is crawled often, preferably with high domain and page authority, will ensure the link is followed quicker and lead to quicker indexing.
Other than that, if your pages are taking a long time to index, you can always submit them to Google for indexing. I believe there’s a way to do this inside of Google Webmaster Tools. Submitting a sitemap would be a good idea as well.
If you are talking about moving up in the rankings, getting linked to from relevant, high authority websites will surely move you quicker, but even this can take a good amount of time.
