 Savage men...This is not just rioting. As I can see - http://www.segabg.com/online/new/articlenew.asp?issueid=9901&sectionid=16&id=0000111 - they're hooligans and criminals. To break a shop and to rob is it rioting? It's even not a part of the rioting. Hooligans, robbers = riots? I don't think so!
