Oh, you don't know the terms. I see. No problem, I'll explain it to you:

1. Create unique, interesting and well-written (in right native language) content.
2. Check again the structure of the website and optimize it (on-page SEO).
3. Keep the content fresh and don't stop to develop it -- add content or support a related blog over there.
4. Avoid the bad off-page SEO (like overlinking in other websites).
5. You may also add some new webpages and/or subdomains according to your different (multiple) locations.

You need to create separate, optimized pages for each business location.
