ranking depends on algorithms that is as usual but challenges my be different  i hope

I can just give one example which I was faced as a challenging in earlier, based on this  you can understand what I was asked
1. I  was ranked as a NO1 position on SERPbut  I haven't got any conversions(UI, Navigation, trust metrics, testimonials are very good)
2. in webmaster I have seen very long term queries, how can optimize for those quires are very challenging

like this any new challenges.

and if possible you can give suggestions for my  issues what i faced
