I actually want to be a professor of Psychometrics there and one of the main reasons why I am so devoted into it is that so many, even professionals are not knowledgable at it. It's hard to elaborate eloquently here but I feel it needs a crap ton of improvements, made either by me other others.

I am too lazy to do my own researches but, how about Poland's Psychometrics? It is a very unpopular subject so there are very very limited countries that can be the options. China sucks at Psychometrics like hell as far as I know. USA contributes 99% of cognitive tests to the whole world so admittedly it is the best country in the sense of Psychometrics. I took many cognitive tests including Old sat gre gmat, lsat, wonderlics, Dentist Aptitude Test, etc., and they were all authored there. No matter how shitty it is in other aspects but in the vein of Psychometrics, it is the 'greatest country' lol.
Actually any country that meets up 3 standards will be my option:
1.Good at Psychometrics.
2.The native language is English.
3.Have cheap tutoring costs.

You're right that for an average Chinese town maybe Poland maybe better but Shanghai is a very big exception and I am afraid that if he jump from Shanghai to Poznan for example, he'll get very disappointed. I could learn Polish language easily (because it's sort of similar to Bulgarian and to Russian, which I speak well) and, as I said, compared to many other European countries Poland isn't bad. But I will feel cold there (and surely I can't geomaxx there because most of the Polish guys are taller than me ;D and I will look like a midget-tier or something like a manlet. ;D ), so I'm heading to some warm place like Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines, Malaysia. Take my advise and start it at least at home (push ups, dumbbells, squats, jumping, sit ups...) because later, when you meet some really attractive girl (who probably will care about the male's body) you'll sorry if you are not fit (gymmaxxed). - women have to born child/children (it's painful and heavy).
- have to think how to raise the kids (may be difficult and troublesome if there is no strong, rich and responsible father).
- have to care more about getting pregnant, getting venereal disease (usually they get it easier than the males due to their anatomy and habits) and so on.
- usually they have more choice (the male:female ratio benefits the women in China and other countries).
- usually they're more picky and do not hurry.

Objectively, isn't it what they should do, if they're wise? For example, if you have a daughter and you love your kid, how you will teach her to select your son-in-law? To pick up some poor, ugly man, or to choose handsome, rich, capable to provide for her and your grandkids? Of course, the care, the morals, too, but usually, the parents also do support these choices: "To have a high salary, to have good home, to drive a car, to be a giver." This is how it is. Nobody wants to deal with losers, everyone is greedy for a better life.

Misogyny (as other hate-oriented attitudes) is useless. It reminds me those useless anti-Jew or anti-Japanese attitudes -- there are guys, who instead to earn RMB 2 or to learn what's "tribalism" ("部落习性"), or to add 30 push-ups to their daily routine exercises, they'll just spend hours of speaking against some group of people like: Jews, Japanese, Turkish, females, gays, feminists, etc. and when they need money, knowledge and good body, they have none.

When I was your age I also thought that it's enough to be a good man, to learn well and to have a good job in order females to like me. 100% bluepilled attitude. Later I found out that without looks (at least good body) the chances are dramatically less (the redpill knowledge). Then I made more research and I found out the other factors (race, place, economy, capital, etc.) and now, from a metapill point of view, I am saying that the best way is a person to keep the socialist ideal: develop all your sides -- brain, body, status, skills... only knowledge and spiritual isn't enough nowadays.
