A Cambodian man from Battambang (Heng Santha) still not paying back the money we lent him


"Sun Design and Decor" is his company


There is a Cambodian man (Heng Santha from "Sun Design and Decor" company) who doesn't want to pay back the money we lent him on November 1st, 2023. He even deleted all of the Telegram communication that I had with him. Now I'm trying to restore it. I'm sending a message to the Telegram's support:

 Most of the Cambodians (males or females) are good to us, so far, and we like them but this one isn't an ordinary one. From the moment when started to mention in our chats things like "black money" and how he wants to be a criminal like the Chinese criminals and how he hates the police I started to think that he isn't a very good one. After he broke his promise to return (pay back) his loan and already 2+ months doesn't, well I am nearly 100% sure that he is not a good one. I should post our chats here to show you how many excuses (some of them even up to the level that he is accusing (blaming) us for his faults; something like false accusations). Terrible, really!

An important update! He deleted today his Telegram's chats with me too. I re-added him and asked him what's going on, to which he sent me messages with this meaning: "Please go to the police", "I am not afraid of the Cambodian policemen", i. e. he proved that he's just a bad man, a cheater; a thief who deserves people to know about him (I showed him that I keep screenshots of his chats and it's not so easy to delete all and just to disappear. Then he blocked me on Telegram and now no messages.)! We're trying to report him to different policemen around!
