Neither am I a sociologist nor I am an economist, but I will give my two cents:
Everyone has different talents, ambience, willpower, etc., so we can't give a general but concrete method that is applicable for everyone of how to get rich easily, but there is a general paradigm:
Firstly, you have to find out your own talents, like singing, dancing, academicmaxxing, etc., but please by valid methods. For ex, if you want to know if you are intellectually talented, take valid IQ tests is the best method. Idk about other things so I will not give any advice concerning how to spot the giftedness in those things.
Secondly, make sure your willpower is enough. How to make sure? Nowadays we have the Internet, so you can easily search how hard-working you need to be to succeed in a field. If you make sure it is enough, then you can get rich easily by making career of the things for which everything you need is ready. What if you make sure that your willpower is not enough? Let's go to the final point then.
If you make sure your willpower is not enough, well don't be sad, because willpower is one of the most trainable things out there! As the studies indicate, sugar can boost your willpower, but of course for the sake of your own body, don't take too much sugar!(I am also wondering if nutrition determines willpower to a large degree) And set 'little goals' for yourself to accomplish. At the beginning you don't need to set high little goals. You can set the ones that you can accomplish as you make sure, and keep setting higher and higher little goals, so that your willpower gets trained. But don't set the ones that take too much of your time so that you instead have no enough time for the things you need to do!
Again I am not an expert in anything so my cents can only be taken a grain of salt of. Actually I don't think doing these things is hard. Just everyone either does not desire for success because of blackpilling for ex, or thinks it's def too hard to do.
