The benefits of gymmaxxing are throbbing and tremendous:
1. Confidence will get skyrocketed. One's body is intimately meshed with one's confidence owing to one's recognition of the amount of the potiential threats one can suffer from as one of human's natures having taken in shape and inheritted since the ancient time and gymmaxxing just strikes home in boosting one's confidence! With a strong body can u realize there are less potiential threats thus you can be more confident.

5. More advantageous in socialization

Once you're gym-maxxed (and continue to gym-maxx, i. e. don't stop after become muscular because soon you may lose the muscle mass), you can start to eat (from time to time) some very caloric foods (like pizzas or cakes) and you're not going to get fat because your metabolism is better (and because you know how to burn calories successfully).
9. Better face and skin. It means the gym-maxx is to some extend a sort of looks-maxx too (not only the body gets better, the skin and face improvement are visible).
You know how better looks a man or a woman after losing weight (face wise and skin wise, not just body wise).
