Maritime Cemetery--Sargasso Sea

Conjoined twins

Carmen and Lupita are conjoined twins.

Photographer Annabel Clark, three years ago in Connecticut, US, saw one pair of conjoined twin sisters from Mexico, 11-year-old Carmen and Lupita. They each control two arms and a leg, share reproductive organs and digestive system.

Clark said, although they twin sisters conjoined, they have a distinct personality: Carmen is witty and more assertive; Lupita is more shy and very quiet. The two sisters often tumble, run and play the piano together. However, different from other children at their age, the two sisters never bicker or fight like normal brothers and sisters do. This is not only because they are conjoined, but also because of their empathy.

Their mother has been to many places, and wanted them to do the separation surgery, but because the two sisters are the spine conjoined , this wish has not been achieved yet.

The world's smallest baby

On October 24th 2006, Amillia Taylor was born at 21 weeks and six days. She is the world's smallest baby at birth. Taylor was born the weight of only 280 grams, 24 centimeters in length, just an ordinary ballpoint pen long. She got the record as "the world's smallest baby" in Guinness.

The doctors took care of Taylor as sailing on a vast expanse of water lack of charts, they even didn't know the normal blood pressure such a small baby should have. Mummy girl frozen for 500 years

This is a Inca mummy from 500 years ago named La Doncella. She was 15 years old, as a sacrificial offering placed at the top of Llullaillaco Volcano and frozen to death. The United States National Geographic referred it as" the best saved mummy so far ".

The mummy girl corpse is on display in Salta Museum, Argentina. A 6-year-old girl and 7-year-old boy mummy found together with this cold mummy were  determined: They were sent to Llullaillaco Volcano in the border of Argentina and Peru in dedication ritual after they were fatten. The researchers noted that in a few months before their deaths, that is, 500 years ago, the structure of their daily food had a lot of changes: they ate potatoes, corn or camel meat, which can display their social status improved. These frozen mummies are known as Llullaillaco children, dressed in fine clothing,  sent to  Llullaillaco Volcano Peak, 22,080 ft. high after being poured into the corn liquor.
