My husband likes to eat crabsicks very much in salad.

Fried Mini Potatoes

I like to eat potatoes in this way very much.

Toothpick Meat

Toothpick meat is a kind of popular snack. Usually they used lamb meat. In fact we can choose beef, chicken or pork to make it at home by ourselves.
I use pork because it is cheaper.
Cut the meat into small pieces and salt with some chili powder, cumin powder or other seasoning you like for some time.
Then fry in the oil. Yes, you can also bake in the oven.

Fried Rice with Kimchi

I bought some kimchi recently and want to cook in many ways.
We like fried rice very much. Today I add some kimchi, one egg and a little mince to fry rice. very nice.

I like to eat rice very much.
I also like to cook different kinds of rice. Today I make rice with some pumpkins and chicken.

Argentine Flavor Kebabs

I choose pork because it's cheaper. 
And I use ready-made Argentine flavor marinade, so it's very easy. Just cut the meat into small cubes and add the marinade to mix and place  for some hours or a whole night.
Bake in the oven for around 25 minutes.

Teriyaki Chicken Rolls

I bake 3 chicken legs.
I make 7 rolls. Inside I put some lettuce, carrots and onion with gerkin sauce.
The rolls are very tasty.

Whitebaits, very very small fish. To cook them with eggs is very nice. Also it's very simple.

Potato Salad with Egg and Gerkin

It's really to make salad, not like Chinese dish.
Boil and mash the potato, then add cooked egg, bell pepper, carrots, gerkins, coins or other things you like.
Then add some mayonnaise and mix well.

Baked Bell Pepper Salad with Olives

My salad today.
First bake 4 bell peppers in the oven for 30 minutes.
Then remove the skin of the peppers to make salad with other things, there are olives, capers, cornichons and corianders. And some garlic, vinegar and olive oil for the taste.

Salted Tang-yuan

Two days later it's the Lantern Festival. We usually eat eat a kind of dumpling called tang-yuan, in the north they call it yuan xiao.
Some are salted, some are sweet.
I like salted tang-yuan more. Here are some I make, there are pickles, mushrooms, smoked meat, shrimps and water chestnuts inside.

We like fried rice. From time to time I will fry some rice with different kinds of meat, vegetables or sauce.
