Some dishes from a local Chinese restaurant (Dongbei/North-East restaurant):

-- pork slices with jelly ear and vegetables. Its Chinese name is 'Yu xiang zhu rou si' (鱼香猪肉丝).

-- potato slices with some vegetables (for example -- the carrot slices). Its Chinese name is 'Tu dou si' (土豆丝).
