I read this a few minutes ago. Sorry for my late answer, it deserves an early one. :)

I want to thank you for unique recipe! One original recipe from some newspaper is better than 10 others circulating online. 8)

No problem, if most all are not vegetarian based. We're not vegetarian community. We are an omni-. :)

There is never 100% security about herbs, plants and other food. I was very surprised to learn about the favism. A boy ate fava beans (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vicia_faba) and got very sick. ::) I couldn't believe that just some edible beans are the reason of his health problem and I doubt the doctors diagnosis. In vain. And then I saw this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glucose-6-phosphate_dehydrogenase_deficiency (aka favism:o :o :o

I watch some femboys pics. :)
And this is what I exactly chat with an online pal (she thinks someone like this singer https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kris_Wu#/media/File:Kris_Wu_at_the_Hallyu_Star_Street_on_March_2014_02.jpg is handsome). And I am telling her, that when I see him or someone else like him, I got a feeling that I'm watching some: women or gays or ladyboys, etc... Well, I know most of them are not women or gays or ladyboys and so on, but I can't see them enough male; they're just femboys. That's it! And I'm giving her some examples what I call real men:
- Bruce Lee (USA, Hongkong)
- Elvis Presley (USA)
- Sylvester Stallone (USA)
- Andy Lau (Hongkong/China)
- David Beckham (Britain)
I can give also other examples, but these are enough.
I think my early education was pretty good. That time the examples of good men were these:
1. Vasil Levski (a Bulgarian revolutionary; a national hero of Bulgaria): By Unknown photographer, 1870s - http://www.vsekiden.com/112081/denyat-19-fevruari-vasil-levski-hramat-sv-aleksandar-nevski-i-bukureshtkiyat-mir-ot-1886-a/, CC0, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=18430534
2.Hristo Botev (a Bulgarian poet and national revolutionary. Another national hero.)By Unknown - This image is a digital replica of a photo or portrait available in the Portraits and Photos collection of the Bulgarian Historical Archive under the signature С І 4824.It may be found at the Digital Library of SS. Cyril and Methodius National Library. This tag does not indicate the copyright status of the attached work. A normal copyright tag is still required. See Commons:Licensing for more information., Public Domain, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=9097001
3. Georgi Dimitrov https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Dimitrov_GM.jpg?uselang=ru
And also: Marx, Engels and Lenin.
Even the Western influence (except Michael Jackson) like Deep Purple was more man-like than those nowadays femboys. See: By Dana Wullenwaber - http://www.flickr.com/photos/odonata22/1002420600/in/faves-24788065@N02/, CC BY-SA 2.0, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=10974782.
Can you compare them with Kris (크리스 in Korean, 吴亦凡 in Chinese; a Chinese man with Canadian citizenship): By Waffles Club - 140312 한류스타거리조성 선포식, CC BY 4.0, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=40635191?
But, even we ignore this early education and social influences of mine, I still think the male should be true male and the female should be true female. It's normal, it's natural, it's healthy.

I like grilling and smoking foods. Of course, I don't eat them every week, because I keep my health as I can. :)

So, 'Chinese food' is many kinds. One good example is the Sichuan cuisine, which is probably one of the most spicy (hot) in the world, not only in China. I met somewhere classification of the Chinese cuisines and it was in English. I'll find it and post a link here for you, Mojo. Here: http://feature.cucas.edu.cn/Articles/“Eight-Cuisines”:-Essence-of-Chinese-Food_272.html (take a look, I'm sure you'll like this article and the pics.)

Very interesting experience. I knew about the rescue service with those dogs, but I wasn't familiar with their beer traditions.

Mojo, it's all about earning money or not earning money. I don't know some culture that is going to exists without money or resources. If you know some cultures that are free of this need, let me know. ;D Our point is beyond cultures. It is strictly biological and economical: you have to earn money, otherwise your project only consumes money. If a project only consumes money and not giving you back money in return, it's a fruitless project.

It's a basic law in every society that depends on resources and money (it means all of the known societies). I don't think it's a cultural issue. Cultures are different, but the energy, money, time, efforts, work are all the same. You do something, you expect to get results. You do something and no results, no payment...? How long?

This is the point. For us it's not enough only to waste time posting, communicating. We need some reward for all these efforts. And I am sure there is no culture in the world that will state the opposite. Every website that isn't able to make a profit, will shut down now or later.
